invitepe carries no liability for refunds of any kind. All payments made through the platform are processed directly between the invitee (payer) and the host (service provider) via the integrated payment gateway (Razorpay).

• invitepe does not hold, collect, or disburse booking payments on behalf of either party.
• Refund requests, disputes, and chargebacks are solely between the paying party, the host, and the payment gateway provider.
• invitepe will not intervene in, mediate, or bear any cost related to refund claims.
• Hosts are solely responsible for communicating their own cancellation and refund terms to their invitees before a booking is confirmed.

invitepe provides a scheduling and booking platform only. It does not employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of any service offered by hosts on the platform.

• invitepe bears no liability for the content, quality, or outcome of any service conducted through a booking made on the platform.
• The platform is a tool to connect parties — it is not a party to the service itself.
• Hosts are independent service providers. invitepe is not their employer, agent, or guarantor.
• invitepe makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability or availability of any host or their services.

Any agreement, contract, or arrangement formed between a host and an invitee is solely between those two parties. invitepe is not a signatory to, nor bound by, any such agreement.

• invitepe has no liability arising from the abidance or non-abidance of any terms agreed upon between a host and an invitee.
• Breach of agreement, non-performance, or non-delivery of a service is a matter between the parties themselves.
• Disputes arising from contracts formed through the platform must be resolved directly between the parties, through applicable legal channels.
• Use the platform responsibly. Hosts must ensure their offerings comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Invitees must exercise their own due diligence before entering into agreements with hosts.

invitepe is not responsible for any loss — financial, reputational, physical, or otherwise — suffered by any party as a result of using this platform.

• invitepe is not liable for any harm, misconduct, fraud, or malicious actions performed by any host or invitee during or in connection with online meetings or services arranged through the platform.
• invitepe does not monitor, record, or supervise the content of meetings or services conducted between parties.
• Users assume full responsibility for their own conduct and for the consequences of the arrangements they make through the platform.
• In no event shall invitepe, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
